How is shipping cost calculated?+

Pricing depends on machine weight, dimensions (overheight/overwidth permits), pickup-to-delivery distance, and current fuel rates. We charge a flat rate per load — no hidden surcharges.

Do you handle oversize permits?+

Yes. For loads over 8'6" wide / 13'6" high / 80,000 lbs we obtain all state and federal permits, escort vehicles, and route surveys as part of the quoted price.

How long until delivery?+

Most loads dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment. Transit time depends on distance (see zones above). We share live GPS tracking once the load is on the truck.

What happens if my machine is damaged in transit?+

Our cargo insurance covers up to $250,000 per load. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing and we handle the claim end-to-end.

Can I ship to a residential address or job site?+

Absolutely. We deliver to job sites, residential addresses, storage yards, port terminals, and rail yards. Just confirm site accessibility for a 53' lowboy when you book.

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?+

Yes. We handle cross-border paperwork (customs broker, USMCA, B3 entry) and partner with bonded carriers. Add 3–5 business days for customs clearance.
